A random collection of over 1910 books and audiobooks authored by or about my transgender, intersex sisters, and gender-nonconforming persons all over the world. I read some of them, and I was inspired by some of them. I met some of the authors and heroines, some of them are my best friends, and I had the pleasure and honor of interviewing some of them. If you know of any transgender biography that I have not covered yet, please let me know.

Ping Sterke - Mam, ik ben een meisje

Original title: "Mam, ik ben een meisje: Biografie van transgender Rika D. Lammers" (Mom, I'm a girl: Biography of transgender Rika D. Lammers)

Living in Suriname, Eric had already noticed something unusual about himself. Neither clear nor demonstrable. Coincidentally, he read a story about a transgender person in an article. When reading the article, he began to recognize his otherness.

The family moved to the Netherlands. In that free-thinking country, it became clear to him that he was transgender. However, her path to her transition did not go without a struggle. Spicy and painful reactions from her environment did not upset her. She started her transition. A true rebirth to be a woman. A rediscovery. This process was accompanied by many ups and downs.
