Samantha Jo-Dato transitioned from being a not-so-office-oriented woman in New Jersey (specifically Atlantic City) to becoming a logistical coordinator for conferences. Her background in Atlantic City, known for its casinos and saltwater taffy, shaped her upbringing and intimate community connections. She has been involved in organizing conferences and events, bringing people together and ensuring smooth operations.
Samantha Jo-Dato has dedicated over 20 years to working with nonprofit organizations, community initiatives, and legislative campaigns. Her work revolves around leveraging access to create positive outcomes for oppressed communities. She is often referred to as “The Fixer” due to her ability to drive change and results. She actively advocates for trans issues and emphasizes the importance of Black values in her work.
