A random collection of over 1910 books and audiobooks authored by or about my transgender, intersex sisters, and gender-nonconforming persons all over the world. I read some of them, and I was inspired by some of them. I met some of the authors and heroines, some of them are my best friends, and I had the pleasure and honor of interviewing some of them. If you know of any transgender biography that I have not covered yet, please let me know.

Sasha Louise Sprange - Min kamp for at blive kvinde

Original title: "Min kamp for at blive kvinde" (My Struggle to Become a Woman) by Sasha Louise Sprange.

The book presents the story of Sasha Louise Sprange. Behind her intense blue eyes and ultra-feminine figure hides a story about how she grew up as a Christian boy. Only at the age of 33, in a private hospital in Miami, does she become the woman she always felt like inside.

It is a story about a young man who one spring night moves into Ørstedsparken, about stormy infatuation and unhappy love - and about feeling alone in her struggle to be accepted but still daring to stand by who she was.

Sasha Louise Sprange is a Danish actress, model, and TV personality1. She is known for her participation in the reality show “Robinson Ekspeditionen 2018” where she came out as transgender. Born as a boy named Christian, Sasha always identified as a girl. As she grew older, she underwent extensive surgery and hormone treatments to align her physical appearance with her gender identity. Today, she is legally and biologically recognized as a woman. She grew up in Alstrup and Sakskøbing, and attended Nørre Vedby School, Sakskøbing School, and the Business School in Nykøbing. At the age of 21, she moved to Copenhagen. For a few years, she tried living as a homosexual man, but she realized that it wasn’t the right life for her.
