A random collection of over 1910 books and audiobooks authored by or about my transgender, intersex sisters, and gender-nonconforming persons all over the world. I read some of them, and I was inspired by some of them. I met some of the authors and heroines, some of them are my best friends, and I had the pleasure and honor of interviewing some of them. If you know of any transgender biography that I have not covered yet, please let me know.

Manon Zahnd - Une femme comme les autres

Original title: "Une femme comme les autres: Choisir de devenir soi" (A Woman Like Any Other: Choosing to Become Herself) by Manon Zahnd.

This time, I did not miss this appointment with myself. On many occasions, life had made me realize that a girl existed deep within my being. I had ignored that inner voice and saved appearances. I was too afraid of losing the esteem and respect of those who loved me and whom I loved.

Manon Zahnd is a trainer, author, and speaker in several life coaching disciplines. She has also trained teachers in the teaching of emotional management and in the sciences of learning. In terms of change, Manon was able to experiment with her own tools to meet herself and achieve, as part of her journey as a transgender woman, a harmonious and fulfilling transformation of her life.

Manon Zahnd is a Sajece hypnosis practitioner and life coach. For more than 20 years she has been trained in the disciplines of well-being: shiatsu, hypnosis, P.N.L., cardiac coherence. She continues to take training regularly to update her protocols. She can thus enrich them, adapt them and respond in the most effective way possible. She had the chance to travel, to change several times region, professional activity, before settling in Poitiers for 20 years.

She went back to school and got new qualifications at the age of 51. A very important change in personal life that she describes in her book "A woman like any other - Choosing to become herself" taught her that the essential thing to feel good, share happiness with the people around us and have self-confidence, was to live in accordance with oneself. She decided to apply this philosophy to her own professional practice because she was able to measure how effective it could be.
