A random collection of over 1910 books and audiobooks authored by or about my transgender, intersex sisters, and gender-nonconforming persons all over the world. I read some of them, and I was inspired by some of them. I met some of the authors and heroines, some of them are my best friends, and I had the pleasure and honor of interviewing some of them. If you know of any transgender biography that I have not covered yet, please let me know.

Natacha Jambon - Prisonnière d'un corps qui ne sera pas le mien

Original title: "Prisonnière d'un corps qui ne sera pas le mien" (Prisoner of a body that won't be mine) by Natacha Jambon.

Was I born in Love or by accident? Halfway through my life, I stumble over this issue. Mom was Love and Protection; Dad wasn't loving. I was trapped in a body that was not mine. I felt like a girl's soul from the age of 7. My family understood who I was through the discovery of women's clothing. My parents, shirking their responsibilities or out of shame, did not take any steps to help me get better, including a psychiatrist for transgender people. Mom left me to go to Heaven. No longer having her love or protection, Dad took the opportunity to humiliate me further. In adulthood, during my transition, I experienced discrimination from my co-workers and employers.

Natacha Jambon is a French transgender writer and author of such books as: Je suis enfin une femme: mon combat d'une vie (2017), Prisonnière d'un corps qui ne sera pas le mien (2018), L'enfant des ténèbres et de la lumière (2019), and Bernard devient Natacha (2020).
