"After being married for a number of years, Christiaan notices that he is not comfortable in his own skin. He has a short fuse, but does not know why. He notices that washing women's clothes makes him happy and that he likes many things that are mainly liked by women.

"I was born in Lunteren in 1962. I am the oldest in the family and I have another brother and a sister. Nowadays I live in Bennekom. I do a lot of volunteer work. In addition, I love reading, puzzling, walking, and cycling. I started writing because it helps me express my emotions.

I have had an eventful life. I have put the many peaks and valleys on paper. With this book, I want to show others that, no matter how difficult your life is, you can always get on top of it."
