In this book he lets the male-to-female transsexuals Maria, Johanna and Elke tell their hair-raising life stories, which, thanks to his help, all end with a happy ending. On top of that, he gives tips and suggestions that, based on his extensive wealth of experience, can really make a difference. This book was awarded a prize in its original form under the title "The True Dream of Freedom" at the Leipzig Book Fair.'
