A random collection of over 1910 books and audiobooks authored by or about my transgender, intersex sisters, and gender-nonconforming persons all over the world. I read some of them, and I was inspired by some of them. I met some of the authors and heroines, some of them are my best friends, and I had the pleasure and honor of interviewing some of them. If you know of any transgender biography that I have not covered yet, please let me know.

Donita Ganzon - Overnight Woman

Full title: "Overnight Woman: Memoirs of Donita Ganzon".

""Overnight Woman" is the second among four autobiographical books written by Donita Ganzon, whose name became sensational as the first Asian-American true transsexual who sued the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (US CIS). The other books which will be released later are "Vietnam," "The Twisted Man," and "Sham."

In "Overnight Woman," we see a skinny boy who had shown good leadership at a younger age. He was an unfortunate child who was forced to live in Boys’ Town, a place for poor children in the Philippines. Always a top student in his class, he was stationed as a Public Health Nurse Advisor in Vietnam before he moved to Chicago, where he had a Sex Re-Assignment Surgery (SRS). The news landed in several major newspapers in Manila, Philippines. But who would know that this feat in life is just the beginning of more intricate chapters of controversial issues and heavy challenges that she has to face. The book is a must-read!"
